This capstone course is for teachers to learn further topics in preparation for either the General Science (5435) or Middle School Science Praxis exam (5436), as well as to prepare to teach middle school science to students. This capstone serves as a review for the Praxis Content Test which includes the following topics: Scientific Inquiry, Methodology, Techniques & History; Matter & Energy; Physical Science; Life Science; Earth & Space Science; and Science, Technology & Society.

If this is the only course you are taking to prepare for your credentialing exam it is also suggested that you become an NJCTL Member so that you have access to the other Science courses to review the content more as you work through this course.
