It seems as though each time I try to download the Smart Notebook file for this unit, it is providing me with a blank document .. even when going back and downloading old versions.  This is not the case for the PDF version here nor any other unit, so I am not sure what is happening!

Thank you for your comment. What program is being used to open the SMART Notebook file? Please include the version of the program (e.g., SMART Notebook 16.0, Promethean ActivInspire 3.14.16, etc.).
