Who Said Professional Development Can’t Be Fun? Harrison K-5 Teachers Enhance Their Science Skills

Building on Harrison Public Schools’ success in implementing NJCTL’s Next Generation Science Standards Middle School program for grades 6-8, this year the school district adopted NJCTL’s science program for their K-5 classes.

All of the district’s K-5 science teachers recently met with the NJCTL team to get important insights on how to best implement the program in their own classrooms, as well as to dig in and personally experience just how engaging it can be to implement some of NJCTL’s K-5 science activities!
