Call for Feedback

As the school year comes to an end, we are inviting our users to provide us with any feedback about our website using a Google Form survey.

You can also provide us with feedback year-round using a few different methods.

1.  Comment on the Content within a Course

If you really enjoyed teaching a topic of our content or feel that something can be changed (e.g. typo in a file, incorrect answer, etc.), you can post a comment on any of the pages in the Course Materials section of our site.  Simply login, navigate to the file/attachment page and leave a comment.

After you press the “Post” button, your comment will be sent to our subject specialist who will contact you usually within 24-48 hours of the comment.  If you would like your comment to be only visible to you and our staff member, then you can check the box next to the word “Private” shown in the picture above.

2.  General Questions/Comments

If you have a general question about our site, please visit our “Contact” page, select the appropriate subject heading from the drop-down menu, type your message, and “Send” it to us.

We will reply to you usually within 24-48 hours.

3.  Reporting an Error

If you are brought to an error page, with an error message included (e.g. broken URL, video doesn’t open, etc.), please provide us with as much information about the error as possible.   We encourage you to include the course title, unit title, chapter title (if it exists), filename (if different from the unit/chapter), and slide number where the broken link is found (if it comes from a presentation).

A new feature that was added to our error reporting page is a suggested hyperlink to another page, shown to the left of the error message (see screenshot to the left).  It will take you to the previous page that exists on our site.  In other words, if a unit title was changed, the suggested page would be the course where the unit was originally found.

Thank you for all of your continued support.  If you would like to provide us with feedback about our website, please complete our survey.
