We do not provide an answer key or completed solution for the AP Computer Science Principles Create Performance Task because this assignment is the actual performance task students submit to College Board as part of the AP CSP Exam.

College Board requires students to develop and submit their own program and Personalized Project Reference, and there are specific guidelines regarding the assistance and feedback instructors may provide while students are completing the task. Providing a completed solution or answer key could therefore interfere with the independent work students are expected to submit.

For guidance in evaluating the requirements of the Create Performance Task, I recommend using College Board's AP CSP Exam Questions and Scoring Information, which includes released examples, scoring guidelines, sample student responses, and scoring commentary:
