Dear NJCTL Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Cris Wang, and I am an APCSP instructor at a startup educational institution based in Shenzhen. I have come across your website and found that it offers a wealth of valuable resources that would greatly benefit my students and enhance the quality of our instruction. Given the relevance and high quality of the materials available on your site, I am writing to kindly request access to download these resources. I believe that they will be instrumental in helping our students excel in their APCSP studies. Thank you very much for considering my request. I would be most grateful for the opportunity to utilize your resources to support our educational mission. Looking forward to your positive response. Best regards.

Chris - I see that you made an account, so with the account you have you can download all of the materials except for the assessments. In order to be upgraded to teacher status, you need to create an account with your school email address. Do you have a school email address? - Melissa

Is apcsp_create-task-part-2-solutions_2020-12-11.pdf available?

Hi Chadi, Thank you for reaching out! We do not provide an answer key or completed solution for the AP Computer Science Principles Create Performance Task because this assignment is the actual performance task students submit to College Board as part of the AP CSP Exam. College Board requires students to develop and submit their own program and Personalized Project Reference, and there are specific guidelines regarding the assistance and feedback instructors may provide while students are completing the task. Providing a completed solution or answer key could therefore interfere with the independent work students are expected to submit. For guidance in evaluating the requirements of the Create Performance Task, I recommend using College Board's AP CSP Exam Questions and Scoring Information, which includes released examples, scoring guidelines, sample student responses, and scoring commentary: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-computer-science-principles/exam/past-exam-questions Additional information about the current Create Performance Task requirements and Personalized Project Reference can be found on the AP CSP Exam page: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/courses/ap-computer-science-principles/exam I also appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your question highlighted an opportunity to make this distinction clearer within our materials. When we next update the course, we plan to consider adding a Create Performance Task resource for teachers that explains why a traditional answer key is not provided and directs instructors to the appropriate College Board rubrics, scoring information, and sample responses. Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us continue to improve our resources for teachers. Best, Maria
