A very good tool for self assessment, some points are being done but am happy to see some areas that I need to do immediately in the quest for improvement. Well done.

I have liked the check list as it has very critical issues as far as enhancing learner achievement is concerned. A great deal of the boxes I am doing them while some need to be looked into as soon as possible so that my teaching would greatly benefit my students

I like the checklist for it stands to be the best tool for making self evaluation as such one can easily detect some gaps left during the teaching and learning.

The check list has information about effective teaching and I have to understand some areas more so that I can improve my mathematics teaching to help learners in a better way.
The checklist is wake up call to professionalism to effective instruction as it helps the teacher to organize for effectiveness. It is also evaluative in nature as it reminds one the areas that need addressing. It is a wonderful tool.
A very powerful tool to any practicing PSI-PMI classroom teacher. thank you

this checklist is a summary of PSI-PMI teaching methods. it will indeed guide me to assess the effective ness of my teaching and help learners to learn better.
I want to agree with colleagues that, the modules are relevant to the teaching of mathematics and science. However, I notice that, some tools are not yet in our class rooms yet talk of clickers/responders. This is higher version technology for Malawian classes and needs demonstration and illustration for me personally to be able to use it effectively.
Hi Rabson, I understand that it is difficult to visualize how to use this new technology! We received quite a bit of similar feedback early on in the project and arranged a technical support session about how to use polling devices. Here is a video of that session, which was held virtually on 3 June 2021. https://njctl.org/video/?v=4xvp-chKXYo
Please let us know if you have additional questions after watching the video! We appreciate your enthusiasm to try new things!

I felt that I was successful in checking off all of the boxes on the teacher self reflection checklist that applied to my lesson with the exception of one. I fell short on walking around the room as I taught, but I think that is mostly because there are only 4 students present for this lesson. I only ever have 5 in this class and they are very verbal and easy to read from the front of the room. They always ask questions when they struggle.

The tool is gonna be a potent one to support me and any other teacher in having a deeper understanding of the pedagogy and to enhance teachers in staying glued to the principles and tenets of the pedagogy. In all, it helped me to direct classroom practices more enviably and to make the students learn in an environment that is very conducive and promoting further learning in a good atmopshere.
