Which program do i use to open the presentation.  None of them seem to work, including power point.

Hello, George.  The first file posted requires SMART Notebook software.  The PowerPoint presentation should open using Microsoft Powerpoint.  I've confirmed that they both work open on my computer.  The PDF versions (last two posted) should open using any Adobe viewer software you have installed on your computer.  If you have Microsoft PowerPoint software and it's not working, you may want to try restarting your computer to see if that corrects the problem.
