Hi! I was wondering on the Circles Unit Review Extended Response #1 part c, if there should be more information given or if the answer is wrong. I, along with my students, are very curious about it. Thanks! Deb Yoast

Dear Deb Yoast, Thank you for your comment. Enough information was given in the problem to solve it. However, the solution was incorrect and has been updated to read AT = 16. Please download an updated copy of the Circles CW-HW file at your convenience. Please let me know if more information is needed or any questions arise. Kind regards, Audra

One more question on the same problem, the problem gives that AB = 25; shouldn't it be (21 sq. root 2) since the 2 hypotenuses are 16 sqrt 2 and 5 sqrt 2? And actually the length of AB is not needed to solve the problem.

Audra Crist • 1 year, 9 months agologin to reply

Dear Deb Yoast, Thank you for your comment. Yes, the length of segment AB being 25 was incorrect. Since it is not required when finding the solution to the problem, its length has been removed. Please download an updated copy of the file at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if more information is needed or any questions arise. Kind regards, Audra

I have noticed that some answers in formative assessments in geometry are wrong. I just ran into one of them in module 8 topic 2. The distance between the two points was square root of 34 but it says it is wrong.

Hi, Christine, Thank you for your comment, and for providing details via email. The solution to this formative assessment question has been updated in the online course. Please let us know if more information is needed or any questions arise. Kind regards, Audra

Hello! The Quadrilaterals Unit Test on #8 is missing the picture of the trapezoid. Thanks!

Audra Crist • 1 year, 7 months agologin to reply

Dear Deb Yoast, Thank you for your comment. The diagram for Quadrilaterals Test Question #8 has been added back into the test. Please download an updated copy of the file at your earliest convenience. Please let us know if more information is needed or any questions arise. Kind regards, Audra

Hi! Quick question...Is there a review that correlates with the midterm and final for geometry? If so, where do I find it. Thank you for your time, Catherine Goodall Mathematics Toms River High School East

Susan Olszewski • 1 month, 1 week agologin to reply

Hi Catherine, we do not have midterm and final exam reviews. One good option would be to use the unit review sections at the end of each unit's cw-hw file to review. The students would've seen these questions previously when completing those units, but it would still be good review to do them in prep for those exams!
