Thank you for your comments. I'm happy that you were able to find the Unit Plan for Graphing Linear Equations. In all of our units, they are found in the same "Resource Category" (Teacher Resource).
I forgot where I got my lesson plan concerning Slopes. The homework I sent out to student was called “Slope of a line”. Where can I find that?
