`Is there a year long plan for this course? `
```Dear Ms. Billingsley,
Thank you for your comment.  The Year Long Plan for 8th Grade Algebra I has been created, and can be found in the "Implementation Resource" category above.
Kind regards,
Audra```
`THANK you!!! I was just looking over it. (Being slow - Sorry!) THANK you for the wonderful site, resources and help. NJCT is AWESOME!!!!`
`Is their a Mid-Year Assessment and End of Year Assessment for this course?`
```Dear Mr. Bell,

Thank you for your comment. At this time, we do not have a Mid-Year nor End-of-Year Assessment for this course. Our math team will be working on completing these files. We hope to finish them by the end of the summer. If it's not possible for us to finish them by the end of the summer, then they will be completed for this course by time you would be expected to give these assessments (Mid-year will be completed prior to the end of Nov. & End-of-Year by the end of April).

Kind regards,

Audra```
`Hi--I clicked on Download ALL on the RESOURCES for the first unit, Numbers, Operations & Expressions - Algebra I, and instead of downloading the 2018 versions, it downloaded all of the old ones. I was wondering if someone could fix this. Thanks and have a good one!`
```Dear Deb Yoast,
1) When logged into my account, it downloaded all of the files with the old dates, as you reported
2) When logged out of my account, it downloaded all of the files accessible to the public (i.e. presentation, unit plans, labs, & cw-hw files) with the updated versions (from the last few weeks, when the files were updated).  The assessments did not download, due to the privileges set up on our site.
You are correct, this is very bizarre, and I will be sending this information to our technology team to correct the issue.  My recommendation for the time being would be to "log out" of your account, download most of the files using "Download All", then log back in & download the assessment files separately.
Kind regards,
Audra```
```Dear Deb Yoast,

Thank you, again, for bringing the issue w/ the Download All button to our attention. Our technology team has updated its functionality to download the most updated files.

Kind regards,

Audra```
`Hi! So I'm noticing the QR codes that are attached to the Smart Notebook slides. When I scan them, it just shows the section title on my Smart Phone. But when I copy and paste in the URL that is below it I get a nice video that explains the section. Should I be getting the video when I scan the QR code or not? I can see this as an excellent feature to help struggling kids or kids who have been absent. THANKS and have a good one!`
```Dear Deb Yoast,
Thank you for your comment.  Yes, the QR codes should lead any individual using a device QR code reader to the appropriate video.  Please let us know where you are experiencing these issues by including the presentation title(s) and slide number(s) in your message, and we can get them corrected.  If it's easier, you can email me that information directly.  My email address is audra@njctl.org.
Kind regards,
`I tried using the SMART response 2 with my kids, but every answer is marked as "opinion" which means there are no right/wrong answers. So that doesn't give the immediate feedback to my students because I would have to go and grade them all in the Excel spreadsheet provided. Is there a way to edit those questions so that there is a Right Answer; which will tell us right away which students miss which questions and what they understand. Let me know because I see a lot of good possibilities with this. THANKS!`
```Dear Deb Yoast,

Thank you for your comment. Yes, you should be able to change the answer from "opinion" to the correct answer, if you choose to do so. Please see the link below (from SMART's community of users) for more information on how to make these changes:

`THANK YOU! :)`
