Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
The CTL believes that teacher collaboration leads to improvement in student learning. Because all PSI instructional materials are freely available on our website, teachers can collaborate more easily. This allows teachers of the same course within the same school to give common assessments and align their pacing while giving students the ability to work with any of their peers taking the same course or with any teacher. PLCs are critical in making this happen. The resulting coherence and focus also raises teacher and student morale.
