How do I qualify?

In order to begin the program, candidates for this program must already possess a Certificate of Eligibility in Physics or Chemistry, and must be hired in a teaching position in order to continue the in-service aspect of the program in September. See the NJ Department of Education website for details about Alternate Route and Certificate of Eligibility.

Cost

These courses are currently available for Professional Development. The rate per course is set by the NJ Department of Education. The professional development costs a total of $1450.

A graduate credit version of this coursework may be available in the future.
