RSS Feeds

This site uses RSS feeds to notify you when new content is posted to the site. RSS Feeds are information streams that you can subscribe to using an RSS reader.

If you already have an RSS reader, you can skip this paragraph! If you don’t, the first thing to know is that many web browsers and email clients have feed readers built right into them – Including Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and Mail.app on Mac OS X. Consult your software’s instructions or help database for the specifics. Google Reader is a popular web-based alternative. (For a more complete list of Feed Readers, refer to the Wikipedia article, “Comparison of Feed Aggregators”.

On the ‘courses’ section of the site, the RSS feed updates you on any additions to that section. You can subscribe to subjects, courses, or individual units to receive updates when new pages or attachments are added. If you have teacher-level access to a section of the site, be sure to log in before you subscribe, so you receive the appropriate updates.

On the main page of the site, the RSS feed provides you with a list of new News posts from the NJCTL News page.
